SERVICE CHARGE PAYMENTS / FAIR USAGE*
All students have a service charge element included with their rent. An allowance of €400 is allocated to each student towards electricity. Fair usage applies to this charge. Management reserve the right to change this policy and or charge for overuse / misuse.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the Applicant is not successful in the 1st round CAO offers, the Applicant must cancel IN WRITING not later than 5pm on Friday 19 August 2022 (€100 administration fee will be deducted from the Booking Deposit and the remainder refunded). No refund after this date.
